--ASSOCIATE DEAN FOR STUDENT DEVELOPMENT, RESIDENCE LIFE & STUDENT CONDUCT: As the title implies, this person would be the Associate Dean responsible for Residence Life & Student Conduct. He/She would live on--12 month contract; 2 bedroom apartment in the Graduate student bldg provided; Master's degree in Student Personnel Administration, Counseling, or related field, required. Must have experience in residence life, training and staff supervision, planning and implementing social and educational programming. --RESIDENCE HALL DIRECTOR: [3 positions available] These individuals will live in, 10 month contracts with strong possibility of employment in summer conferences. Applicant/s should have Master's degree in Student Personnel Administration, Counseling, or related field. [Master's degree preferred, Bachelor's degree with strong and appropriate experience considered] Prior residence hall experience is essential Duties include supervisory responsibilities for a residence hall, supervising Resident Assistant staff, implementing educational programs designed to develop a community environment in the halls--scholarship, leadership, service and respect. These professionals will also work with the student programming board, student conduct, and Inter-Hall Council, providing a broader range of experience/s as they enter the field.
