The Associate Director shares, with the Director the administration, supervision, and development of a Residence Life program housing over 2300 undergraduates and 30 graduates.

The primary responsibilities of this position are: directly supervise professional residential staff; provide indirect supervision of RAs; plan the development and direct the implementation of a comprehensive training program for RAs and professional staff; participate in student interventions as related to academic, social and personal development; participate in University functions such as Orientation, move-in, check-out and the housing lottery; serve as a Judicial Officer by conducting student conduct hearings and applying sanctions; plan and implement the RA selection process; participate in the duty rotation with the Director of Residence Life; and serve on committees.
