Additionally, the president of each institution is listed, as is the rector of the Jesuit community. For most schools the campus ministry department staff is also listed, though campus ministry is not part of the student affairs division at all institutions. In some instances, staff of certain offices common to student services are included, even though the office is not part of the campus student affairs organization. This part of the directory concludes with a list of affiliate members of JASPA.

Generally, each entry includes the person’s name and title, office telephone, FAX number, and INTERNET e-mail address. An asterisk (*) indicates the person is part of the student affairs division.
